I think the wording is just confusing-- they're releasing these titles on DVD and their Blu-ray release is the first in the world

Bluray.com reviews Another Man's Poison.... It looks very good. But a "wait and see" is required for future releases, because they did receive a restored version from Cohen for this.

It's supposed to be an early nor by Fritz Lang, not a quirky no budget rom-com.
