D'oh! You're right, Otis. It was worth pointing this release out, though!

Just read that NoShame USA is going to release Argento's Door into Darkness TV series with English subtitles, so apparently they are not dead yet.

Ironic, given the Argento.

After the recent news of Casanegra's demise, I assumed that the long hiatus in new R1 DVD releases from No Shame was a clear indication that they were headed for the same fate. So, I madly rushed out and ordered online most of their titles which interested me but hadn't picked up yet - 9 in all.

Anyway, I have received 7 of these already and 1 is on its way to me as we speak. However, nobody seems to have a copy of Marco Bellocchio's DEVIL IN THE FLESH (1986) in stock! This item has been "on order" from my supplier for a couple of weeks now and just yesterday I received an e-mail from them saying that they are doing their best to get hold of it for me, etc. But I don't know...

I figure that my best bet is to try and order it from No Shame's linked supplier and see what happens. Anyone here know for sure if this disc is still available anywhere else or has any other helpful suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

This isn't helpful so I apologize, but...I sold a used copy to my local Blockbuster a few months ago. Yes, they took it and presumably stocked it, which makes me smile a little given it's y'know, Blockbuster-unfriendly content.

I'm dying to get my hands on this...

Hopefully they will be back in full effect and with a regular release schedule...

The cover is taken from their myspace site (click here).

This is excellent news and I hope they'll finally get back on a proper release schedule.

That cover art is ugly as sin but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless.
