hopefully your next update is Contempt moving spots again

curious what'll happen with Grand Illusion, which does have a 4K restoration already done. very little to no murmuring about that one - I'm sure if Rules of the Game got the UHD bump, I'm sure spine #1 would too

The Lionsgate 4K release of Contemptseems to keep getting pushed back. Is this a sign that it might not be forthcoming from Lionsgate?

Thanks dwk. I have updated the info. I could see Criterion taking back the Buñuel and Melville

Was it confirmed that Criterion still have Diary of a Country Priest under license? Frau Blucher's column says Criterion rumoured to have and rumors confirmed. I just checked Amazon France and saw Studio Canal released a restored version of Diary 3 years (!) ago. Dépêche-toi, Monsieur Becker!

(Diary seems to have been a France-only release as I couldn't find a UK or German release of it, at least not in HD)

You’re correct Finch, no English-friendly BDs are out there for this one.

A reissue/upgrade of Saura's Flamenco Trilogy would be welcome, though the Spanish blu set has English subs.
