Is there an article or news item that outlines this?

I really hope that Cuthbert goes in a comedic direction for whatever she does next. She's so goddamn good at it.

Pressing question: Will it include the kickball episode?

I believe the kickball episode eventually did air on ABC somewhere in the middle of last season. Or was that the night that the show was preempted?

It did air last season (towards the end of last season), and the pre-empted episode ended up being re-aired the next week when that happened (it wasn't the kickball ep that got pre-empted, but I don't remember which one it was).

Will there be more shows that they will re-run? I know they also air the fairly recent SNL stuff too (ironic since I remember they showed stuff from the original crew way back in the late 80's-early 90's), but it'd be a nice change of pace if they ease more reruns and less reality shows now.

The best news is buried in the comments, but Eliza Coupe got a show on USA playing a lawyer and it's run by John Enbom of Veronica Mars/Party Down

Also, I probably think of a line from this show once a day minimum. Sighhhhhhhh

I don't know where else to put this, but Huffington Post has gone crazy, right? The Girl Next Door isn't actually a cult classic is it?

It seems any movie that could be found on a dorm room shelf is now considered both a cult movie and a classic.

I have a lot of male friends in their 30s that think that movie is all kinds of awesome.

The Caspe/Casey Wilson show has been picked up by NBC

I must say, of all the Happy Endings cast members that I would've wanted to see Caspe continue to work with, Casey Wilson was probably my last choice. Penny tended to get all the least interesting/most self-loathing storylines among a cast full of interesting characters. She seems like she'd be right at home in a more traditional romantic comedy (she penned the script for Bride Wars). All that being said - Ken Marino!

The fact that Caspe and Wilson are engaged might explain how their project got pushed to the front of their respective priorities!

Good news, NBC has picked up Cuthbert's sitcom One Big Happy as well

NBC must have a lot of faith in the Casey Wilson show, they've put it in their best timeslot, post-the Voice

That film looks absolutely hilarious. Let's hope it lives up to that blissfully stupid trailer.
