I thoroughly enjoyed this. I'm guessing it will get a proper cinema release in the UK considering Farhadi's profile and that of the lead actors? Definitely recommended to fans of modern melodramas like Rust & Bone, with that brash visual symbolism. It also kind of reminded me of Jules Dassin's 10:30 P.M. Summer, with the central love triangles. Maybe a little bit too much of a departure from Farhadi's previous films for some, though?

I was talking to an Academy Awards prognosticator/expert and he said this has a very good chance of getting a Best Picture nomination. His track record is pretty good. I guess if this happens we'll see a wider release on both sides of the pond.
