It's worth noting that this is directed by Kasi Lemmons. While I can't speak to this film's quality, I certainly recommend Eve's Bayou as one of the 90s' forgotten, sweaty noirs.

Chris Morris’ new film The Day Shall Come

I found Four Lions a step down from his obviously incredible television work, but quite enjoyable. This one just looks bizarre.
