If you've not gotten a copy of Truffaut's Mississippi Mermaid you can get it for a scant $9.95 on Twilight Time's website at the moment. I'm suffering from a need for Ms Denevue's work at the moment, so the timing was right.

I see someone has asked at facebook for Mrs. Soffel, The Long Hot Summer and Sweet Bird of Youth, and TT confirmed that at least one title of those is coming this year!
I would bet that it's The Long Hot Summer since it has been released in other territories.

Mrs. Soffel was just released on DVD-R by Warner Archive so it ain't it! Sweet Bird of Youth is also with Warner. The Long Hot Summer is a Fox title, so it's the only film of these 3 they could release.

TT also strongly hinted on Facebook that they'll be releasing Kevin Reynolds' brilliant The Beast (1988), which features a gorgeous Mark Isham score.

I see at imdb the production company for SBOY is MGM, and there's also an MGM DVD:

Sweet Bird of Youth, like many older MGM titles, is now owned by Warners. That DVD is the Warners DVD. It 100% isn't coming from TT

Ok.
Something else:
If I remember correctly TT had said they're waiting for a new scan of
Alien Nation?

What's great is that there's like a 75% chance whatever they replace it with will be clearly worse
