What is the best way for a Canadian to buy these releases? Amazon's shipping cost is ridiculous at $12 per disc.

Is the Blu-ray a traditionally pressed disc (ie not a BD-R)?

Their last release Ub Iwerks' Willie Whopper, was pressed and since Steve's updates included words like "the Private Snafu set is in replication right now" and he stated that these are not BD-R, I would think it's a pressed disc.

For some reason the page wouldn't let me cut and paste this text:

I wonder if the Hollywood Rarities set actually includes packaging and artwork. The last one of those Thunderbean BD-R limited deals I ordered (the Halloween disc) was just an unlabeled consumer disc shipped in an envelope without any sort of artwork. It's a great collection, but I was bummed about the lack of packaging. I've been meaning to make some artwork of my own.

Another venture outside of animation for Thunderbean: Abbott and Costello Rarities now listed on Amazon
