Pretty Poison (1968) - $14.98 SRP - Noel Black's critically acclaimed dark comedy thriller Pretty Poison, starring Tuesday Weld and Anthony Perkins. Released theatrically in 1968, it appeared on many critics' top ten films of the year and has since become a cult classic.

With no confirmed extras, the film is presented in 1.85:1 Anamorphic Widescreen with English Stereo & Mono audio and optional Spanish subtitles.
And here are some reviews for the already available UK edition:

I have the UK edition. The transfer is pretty poor in places, looking like an old VHS print, cropped off to 16x9; very grainy and faded, but for the most part, it looks good-ish, adequete. The Noel Black commentary, moderated by Robert Fischer, is well worth a listen. Terrific film, quite disturbing on reflection, with what is perhaps Perkins' best performance. Long unavailable on home video for unknown reasons, it is long overdue for reappraisal.

Ugh. That is awful. I'm surprised that this isn't under their "Cinema Classics" banner, with nice original poster art. The R2 version had nice cover art and a Noel Black commentary.

From DVDdrive-in:

[quote]Fox has released PRETTY POISON on DVD in a splendid DVD transfer which preserves the original 1.85:1 framing with anamorphic enhancement. As most of these older titles being preserved from deep within their vaults, the image looks excellent, with distinct colors, fine picture detail, and no significant blemishes whatsoever. Anyone who ever owned a bootleg video of this title will surely be delighted with this release. A strong English audio track is playable in both stereo and mono, and there's also an additional Spanish mono track. Optional English and Spanish subtitles are included. The original theatrical trailer has a brief scene not in the finished film (look carefully when Perkins recites “I was unfaithful to you on Wednesday.â€
