Terrific film, didn't regret my blind-buy.

I am waiting for a devaluation of pound for making a trip. 10 pounds are not so much, but...

One question. A book about Szabo was annonuced in UK, I think I read it in Apa (Father) booklet, is it avalaible now? I can not find it on amazon UK.

Just need to chime in to agree that this is a phenomenal film. Completely gripping from start to finish. This is now by far my favourite Szabo film, as I was never a huge fan of his 80s trilogy and he really seemed to go off the boil after that. It will definitely be in contention for my next 80s list (and if it had been released a fortnight earlier I'd already be promoting it for the 70s one.)

Does anyone know whether there any plans to release this DVD for the US market? It mystifies me that this wonderful film had been completely unavailable for so long, it's among my all-time favorites.
Thanks to SR putting it out in at least part of the anglophone world!

This is coming out on Blu-Ray in the US via Kino. Before I give them my money instead, is there chance of an upgrade from Second Run?
