I still think those two are much, much weaker than many of his "own" films - though both have amazing aspects in and of itself, and many would argue they are his two best even.

But yeah, is it THAT good??

I just noticed that this has been completely deleted from Arrow's store. Did they run out of stock of the first pressing and decide not to bother until the complete cut can be offered?

Wow, talk about brilliant customer service, didn't even have to ask!
Arrow Video wrote:Dear Arrow Video Customer,

Thank you for your enduring patience while we prepared the SHIVERS Replacement Programme. At long last, the time has come!

Your replacement discs of the full and uncut version of SHIVERS (both the Blu-ray and DVD discs) have already been dispatched to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class service, as you have previously purchased either the dual format or SteelBook edition from the Arrow Films Webstore. The most recent delivery address that was in your account has been used for this shipment. If you've changed address since please contact us at Product@arrowfilms.co.uk

In the coming days, there will be communication via our social channels of details of the Replacement Programme; this information does not apply to you, as your discs have been sent automatically. Please refrain from filling out the webform.

If you have not received your discs by April 18th, 2016, please contact products@arrowfilms.co.uk and we will do our best to see to your request. Please be sure to include "SHIVERS" in the subject heading of the email, or respond directly to this email.

Thanks for your time and we hope that you enjoy the uncut SHIVERS!

Best regards,
The Arrow Video Team

FYI, their response email is incorrect in their message and is undeliverable. The correct address is "product@arrowfilms.co.uk".

Corrected discs have "2nd Pressing" printed on the label, both the BD and DVD

Image

Also, the 2nd pressing Blu-ray is region ABC, contrary to the "B" on the label. Not sure if this is a pressing error or if it means Arrow got the US distribution rights but are keeping the "B" on the UK disc to avoid confusion.
The 2nd pressing DVD region is the same as before - region 2/7/8.

Contact Arrow with proof of purchase. I understand they can be pretty flexible regarding the definition of the latter.

It looks like this is getting a new release next month, with the disc guaranteed to have the full cut of the film but without a booklet.
