Received The Far Country (w/ slipcover), Pickup Alley, Demonlover, Mélo, and Gas Food Lodging from the recent Arrow Flash Sale and they all have booklets.

I received my sale order last Monday and out of 12 items, Gosford Park and Children of Men are without booklets. Most surprising part was to find a booklet inside Inferno. I never expected a booklet inside that case as I waited too long.
Also, recently purchased Keoma and Hitch Hike To Hell from Family Video (they had a sale in Feb) and was really surprised not to find booklets.

Cruising, Demonlover, and Toys Are Not for Children all came with booklets from the flash sale. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order on Amazon UK, and Tower of London came with a booklet; The Comedy of Terrors did not.

Annoyingly, my order of Demonlover from the flash sale didn't come with a booklet so there must be a mix of first and subsequent printings in Arrow's stock. The Early Films of Olivier Assayas and Irma Vep also came sans booklet.

Tout va bien, The Tree of Wooden Clogs and The Legend of the Holy Drinker came with booklets.

That would be amazingly kind of you, thanks!

If you email Arrow, they'll send you a PDF of any booklets you missed.

Booklets received for The Major & The Minor, Melo and Ramrod. Terror in a Texas Town came without, somewhat as expected. Do I have any hope of getting one through Amazon?

My sale order came in today (a surprise, since my Orders page said "Awaiting Dispatch" in the morning!), and am happy to report that Spotlight on a Murderer, The Dead Center, The Baby, and 12 Monkeys came with booklets. The latter also came with the slipcover, which I was not expecting since the listing only showed the Amaray case. (And, flipping through the Spotlight booklet, I noticed that this forum's own MichaelB had not one, not two, but three credits for the release!)

Gosford Park did not contain a booklet.

I need to buy Children of Men again to get the booklet. It seems like it was an UK only release. I placed a second order for Images for the same reason. Hopefully BestBuy copy will have a booklet.
I was surprised to see that Kino is actually taking time to update the product information on their webpage. I don't hope that Arrow will learn.

Wait, so you're paying for the item again just to get the booklet? Arrow must be laughing all the way to the bank...

I agree with you. My action was definitely laughable. I laughed at myself too. I wish Arrow had the decency to update their website now and then to provide their customers with the booklet status.

Is the email to contact for a PDF of the booklet their general customer service email, or is there a specific one?

Their general customer service email address works fine, they don't have a specific one.

Order placed on April 12th and despite the ”Awaiting Dispatch” status I received The Baby and Mohsen Makhmalbaf: The Poetic Trilogy just now. The former has gotten some juicy opinions here so couldn’t resist, the latter being something totally exceptional and for 7,50£ so a bargain. Both came with booklets.

My pre-coffee brain was not prepared to see those two wildly different releases listed in the same sentence.

Got a shipping notification for this yesterday . Not that it really matters anymore I guess.

I feel like it was mostly just 2019 titles that were affected by Arrow's printing reduction.
Case in point, I just received The Big Clock from them sans booklet. Though as others noted, Phantom Lady & Dark City came with one. Still so unpredictable.

No booklet in Irma Vep - hoped for one as the website still had the first pressing notice up during the Easter sale - but they just emailed me the pdf. (Nice to read both that and TWBB's post the same morning!) Being John Malkovich did have a booklet fortunately.
