Great point about the woman not being a doctor. Thanks for both of your well thought out answers. This might be a Top 5 film of the year for me.

When I first saw the trailer I got really excited to see the film. In part also just because of the involvement of Sharon van Etten, who I think is a great artist. After coming out of the theatre though I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. Sure there were some powerful moments in the film, for example the aforementioned title scene, however it didn't come together in a way that I thought it would or at least it didn't move the way I wanted it to. The movie stuck with for a longtime though. So much so that I am still writing about it months later. So I guess it that in the end it did have that impact I wanted it to have immediately after leaving the theatre. Great film.
