I distinctly remember going to see that King and I adaptation in theaters with my grandparents, but I couldn’t tell you anything about it other than I knew at age six it was bad.

Snow White: A Tale of Terror looks mildly intriguing, I suppose I can afford the $4 now that I’m saving $50 on the Manchester Morgue steelbook!

I was about to say I saw this when it came out and, if not very good, was still preferable by far to the Yul Brynner version - and than it clicked that I was thinking of
Anna and the King which came out the same year. I'd completely forgotten about the animated version which I've never seen...

It’s not listed on Amazon yet, but the artwork for the 6 disc Blu Ray set was upped to the Blu-Ray.com forum
These are mostly not very good movies, though

The Rossen is worth the set though.

It’s already sold separately from Mill Creek on Blu with the Man From the Alamo

In that case this set really is useless.

I mean, there’s a lot of Blu-Ray premieres in it (including I think the entire Rita Hayworth box Sony put out minus the only good movie in it, Cover Girl, plus some OOP titles), the problem is that I’ve seen all of them except the Rossen and outside of the Welles (Which everyone already has on Blu-Ray from someone), none of these films are good. And a lot of them are legit awful (Especially Down to Earth, the sequel to Here Comes Mr Jordan no one ever talks about, and for good reason— the much-maligned loose remake Xanadu is Lady From Shanghai compared to the original). But if you’re into them, it’s a good deal.

You haven’t seen the Rossen? I could have sworn you said you’ve seen it before?

There is more than one title in this box alone that I only realized I’d seen from checking Letterboxd, so it’s possible! But I don’t think I ever got around to it because the original DVD was subject to Sony’s idiotic practice of repressing double-sided DVDs as single sided versions and my copy was cropped because they only kept the side with the full-frame version of the Scope film. But I wouldn’t be shocked to discover I had seen it if I said I did, given how little I’ve retained of some of these titles that I know I did see!

Amazon has a listing for The Freshman (1990) (via Sony licensing) for 1/12/21. I imagine a few more for that date will pop up soon.

I seem to remember a Mill Creek multi-film box, that came out one or two years ago, featuring a lot of Hammer and Universal horrors (The Strange Door comes to mind), probably around 40 titles. Not listed on Mill Creek´s home page. Many thanks in advance for any info about this. Do these multi-feature boxes go OOP very soon?

Battlefield Earth (2000) (via Morgan Creek/Sony)
Wondering does this have the original theatrical cut or the edited home video version :-k. Aspect ratio should be the correct 2.35:1 and it has lots of
extras too.
