If not from Criterion, maybe Eclipse?

SncDthMnky, do you do artwork for posters for short films? Just checkin...
You do some serious awesome work. Film-Dassin should be made, you ought to make a wallpaper of some of your work!

Thanks. I have done some poster work for local films, nothing really spectacular. You asking cause you need some work done? I"ll do any art you want, and for a very reasonable (practically non-existent) price. PM me if so. Most of these covers I've made in lo-res, so wallpapers are unfortunately going to be hard to do, but I'll start working in higher resolutions to make that a possibility.

Come on now... You don't have to be a jerk.

I think the font you used for 'Early Bergman' turns it into too much of a title, and a good title it wouldn't be. I'd suggest 'The Early Films of Ingmar Bergman'.

And I know you're just having fun but it seems to me that the Eclipse line won't match the criterion look so closely.

I like the motion of Bergman's hands, but his face has a very unflattering sneer to it, as though Liv Ullman just invited him to go see the new Godard film.

Please add your work then!

Sonic: Love it - but maybe too much hue and the gold letters could be more gold and might work better with the other title suggested. Some of the new covers are up and ready to be turned into wallpapers my friend - let me know if you want to do any of them. I did Green For Danger last night!

Looks cropped by 4% at the bottom...but that's par for course with the CC. Nice work. I like the tone of it.

Oh yah, you had about 3 great Bicycle Thieves covers. I personally liked the earlier iterations of the cover more than the final design, but they were all wonderful. Thanks for re-posting it though.

You're just fishing for compliments

the romance and cigarettes cover is kinda cool, but the grey is fugly. substitute a different color (black or a darker red) and it' be pretty great.

I haven`t made them, mind you. Just saw them on other forums. So I`m not the one to blame for the fuglyness ;)

we're a one of a kind breed: those who don't buy into gus van sants bullshit. "it's suppose to evoke a dream-like feeling..." i don't know about you, but my dreams don't involve a 5 minute steady cam shot of some emo douche kid that has little to do with the story. had they thrown in a predator and carl weathers, battling the kids in the school, then i might be interested.

It's kind of funny to hear people complain about Elephant for (somewhat) valid reasons, when everyone that I know that hates the film thinks so because they know people ("actors") in the film and they don't like the film because they don't like the people.
If you can't tell by this, I live in Portland... and I like the film (and I've also met Van Sant). but that's enough of that.
