It's the name of a chapter on the old CC DVD of Playtime. Not having seen the film, could they be talking about a Playtime reissue?

They could be talking about two films here.

could it be that the very haiku format itself coupled with the current contest criteria denotes another ozu release in the offing?

I Remember is also the rough translation of AMARCORD.

SPIRIT OF THE BEEHIVE
PLAYTIME

...and the swarming devils?

not LE DIABLE PROBABLEMENT I suppose?

I remember is probably a pun so AMARCORD thus a distinct possibility...

... or the swarmers could be Ken Russell's THE DEVILS...
"Amarcord" is the phonetic translation of the Italian words "Mi Ricordo" (I remember) as pronounced in the dialect of Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of director Federico Fellini and the setting of this wonderful film.

Or it could be advice for the Devils to swarm against the Hurricanes tonight, cause they definitely sucked on Saturday. GO DEVILS!

The "slam your doors in golden silence sequence" in Playtime is one of the funniest things i ever saw, incredible timing, as is usual from Tati.
When the enraged salesman actually slams the door in anger and ...silence !

Derek Jarman designed the sets of THE DEVILS...

Ken Russell's The Devils is Warner property.

So:

"I remember" - Amarcord

"bees" - Spirit of the Beehive

"swarming devils" - ?

"Slam your doors in Golden Silence" - Playtime

Any other thoughts for the "swarming devils" line? Remember that Warner does NOT license their titles so Russell's The Devils is out of the question, sadly.
