Is there any evidence for this happening, or are you just hoping? Because I'd really be happy for some more Kieślowski.

Other than that, I'm expecting more Bergman, even if The Virgin Spring was just announced for an upgrade last month.

All These Women
The Touch
The Serpent Egg

Guesses:

An old B&W Hollywood film I've never heard of
a foreign film I've never heard of
a film I have heard of but not interested
an upgrade of a film I know but not interested
a film which will make me wonder: What are they thinking?

I'm 99% sure that this will be it, unless we have some surprises.

No expectations, but some hopes--as I still need reason to look forward to B&N in July...

sex, lies, and videotape
Until the End Of the World
Eric Rohmer Six Moral Tales - upgrade
The Unbearable Lightness of Being - re-acquisition/upgrade
Grand Budapest Hotel - because no one has mentioned it yet today

A side note: on April 24 Arrow Films is releasing Olivier Assayas' Irma Vep on R2 bluray. I understand Kino Lorber has had U.S. rights to this title, and I'd be fine with that--but seeing as how Criterion seems to be developing a love affair with Assayas just like Wes Anderson...a possibility, maybe?

You've misunderstood me.
This was not a hate towards Criterion for NOT releasing films I like.
It was sarcasm towards myself. (or just generally making fun)

And anyway, as I've said a couple of other times, I have no to very limited budget, so my priority is films I know and want to own on Bluray.

My prediction is that I'm going to die of old age before they finish releasing their Chaplin titles (absolutely no hope for Lloyd!).

First National Shorts (Chaplin Revue)
Tree of Life/Voyage of Time
Bringing Up Baby
Testament of Dr. Mabuse (upgrade)
IB100

Becker and Hendrickson have said in the past that their release calendar is extremely backlogged. With all the acquisitions of major studio rights and filmmaker rights over the last 4 years it certainly seems that the Chaplins and Lloyds have been pushed back. Although there is a decent amount of Chaplins in the collection. But only 3 Lloyds.

… And not one Keaton! How come? Copyrights?

The fact that nearly every worthwhile Keaton has received multiple BD releases from Kino should answer your question. The Cameraman would be nice though...

Or The General, or Sherlock Jr.. A box set of the three films would be amazing!

Also, speaking of a cameraman, I would love if Dziga Vertov’s Man with a Movie Camera would finally join the Criterion ranks too.

I mentioned The Cameraman because as a Warner title it's a distinct possibility for Criterion at this time.

The WKW probably isn’t coming until Fall: the Janus 4K resto of Chungking Express is apparently being released in September or so.

Ah cool good to know. I'd honestly prefer a box set rather than just a reissue of CE.
