I half wonder if they’re going to put out the Bergman individual titles all at once they mentioned in the press release, the upgraded box set and magic flute and a spine number for shame. But that seems somewhat preposterous.

Given that we know Wanda and My Brilliant Career are coming, I wonder if whatever month they come out will be all female directors-- Varda and Denis already have likely future releases, prob wouldn't be hard to do

Do those folks guessing boxsets actually think Criterion is announcing another box for November after the Bergman box?

Be nice if they could include an Ida Lupino film if there was something that interested them.

Bergman box aside (I'm setting it aside because it doesn't have a spine number), there have been an equal number of rereleases and new titles over the last two months. I feel that they'll have to tip over to more new titles given their apparent backlog.
