Surprisingly, with Twilight Time picking up so many MGM Woody Allen titles,
they do not have the rights to Interiors. The MGM library is being funneled through a bunch of distributors, so it could be with Criterion, Kino, or Olive (or none).
Seems like one Criterion might go for, unless they
never understood it.

Blu-ray.com recently reviewed the UK Blu of
The Remains of the Day and
TT responded with this on facebook
We love the timing of their UK disc review, which has been out for nearly 2 years, but magically they chose to feature it right before ours is due to go up for pre-order - blu-rage strikes again! But it doesn't matter of course because our disc will have all that and more...but, nice try!

TT seems to be comprised of the nastiest and most conceited people in the home video industry. I literally cringe every time I buy one of their products.

Nah, I think Bill from Code Red is eccentric. Nick Redman seems to be a dick (I still wish the Blu-ray.com mods would publish the angry emails he has sent to them.)

I read that statement as tongue-in-cheek competitive gamesmanship, personally.

Sometimes it does just pay to keep your trap shut, though.

Tom Holland signed copies of Fright Night available tomorrow 4pm EST for buyers with 5 other TT titles in their cart ($149.75).

And not surprisingly, their site is completely broken at the moment. Ah well, I was just going to try reselling the Fright Night copy to finance the 5 films I was purchasing.

It took about 20 minutes, but I was able to get one of the signed copies.

The page finally loaded for me after about half an hour, but between adding Fright Night to my cart and the next page loading, the offer expired.

One of the previous promos, I think it was The Buddy Holly Story, i had the promo in my cart, had entered checkout, and hit the final Place Order/Checkout button, but it then bounced me back saying that the item had been removed due to inventory changes.

Between that and the unappealing image they chose... Blech. How could anyone concoct such a lame cover for a film so beautiful?

I'm so excited about April Love, there's been no Scope copy circulating and TT had initially nixed releasing it since it needed so much work. If TT were more focused on real rescue releases like this and not still doing what Kino, Olive et al are doing at half-price, I think people would be nicer!
