Riso amaro will look stunning on Blu though, if the Italian DVD is anything to go by. There's real treasure trove in Italian cinema between the 40s and 60s just waiting to be discoved.

There were articles about those releases in today's New York Times and Wall Street Journal though. The S*******************m mention seems completely random if it's not coming tomorrow.

It makes sense since there's a print circulating the arthouses, although I thought Soft Skin would be first (maybe both on friday?)

When Welt am Draht comes it will surely be the biggest visual improvement on an already existing Blu-ray release. The French one looks horrific.
