I ordered from them on Friday and I had my shipping email yesterday as well. Maybe size of an order is a factor? I only needed to grab one boxset so maybe they're shipping small orders quicker?

Based on order numbers (I placed one just before the sale & another near the end of it), they got several thousand orders, so I’m not sure I’d be trying to make sense of when your item’s shipping just yet.

That must be it.

I ordered just The Pumpkin Eater on Friday and got a shipping notification on Wednesday.

They keep stock in multiple locations too, so large orders might have to be drawn together from different sites if some titles were popular in the sale.

I ordered on the 24th and got shipped email on the 27th.

Yes. Ordered on the 23rd at 1:12 PM BST, so soon after the sale began. Nothing yet, outside of the initial order confirmation.

I ordered 6 titles right at the start, which were dispatched last Friday and received this week. Have heard nothing about a bigger subsequent order so the speculation about size might be right. Still also waiting for the Sternberg bundle + Missionary three weeks on and radio silence on my email to orders@ a week ago, but I’ll let them deal with some of these sale orders before chasing again...

Not heard a thing about my 23 item order. I was just this minute looking at my order confirmation e-mail longingly, thinking "get out of my dreams and into my kevyip..."

They confirmed a few things in replies on Twitter today. One was that a small number of titles took longer than expected to arrive at their warehouse after the sale so some packages containing those titles were delayed. The other was that size of order was a factor because they're using couriers for large orders.

Just been notified that the big boy (15 titles) is on the way!

Just received a shipping notification!

My order was processed at ICS New York on September 2 and not another word since. From what I've been able to gather this means its being held at customs and its anyone's guess when or even if it'll be delivered. Has anybody else experienced this?

Mine took all week to get through customs, too–I assume, at least. The tracking never mentioned it, though it usually does. I normally get international packages in a day or two after their west coast arrival, but this landed over the weekend and just got delivered today. I can only assume the holiday on Monday made for a bit of a backlog.

Finally received a shipping confirmation

Yup, got my dispatch email this morning too, and the shocking part is that according to tracking my package will be delivered tomorrow, Sep 10th! Let's see.

I received my order a few days ago here in NY, so I guess they’re really on top of it even after such a big sale.
