Yep. He’s been a bit more public in the last two years, as he did a lengthy interview and came at the behest of Paul Thomas Anderson to a screening of
Midnight Run at the American Cinematheque

mifunefan says the June titles are going to be
Bring Me the Head of Alfredo García 4K UHD
Monkey Shines 4K UHD
Lord of Illusions 4K UHD
Bring It On 4K UHD
Thrilled about Garcia but the Arrow BD is worth holding onto assuming Shout don't carry over the extensive interviews with Sam etc.

Hopefully Shout! doesn't pull a.. Shout! move, and gives us the DC of Lord of Illusions in 4K too

Brandon Bentley confirmed on social media that he is working on the audio for Hard Boiled and City of Fire 4Ks, both of which can already preordered digitally on Fandango.

Also, from Shout Factory's insider: the Blaxploitation titles will only be available in the box set. MGM told them it was that or nothing.

confident that Arrow can/will release upgrades of some or all of those blaxploitation titles or at least put together a better boxset than shout

Funny how MGM is mandating box sets for some titles and individual releases for other titles (Arrow's Dollars trilogy). They must really have their bean-counters working overtime figuring out profit margins and licensing fees and royalties down to the penny.

Given how poorly blaxploitation titles have reportedly sold, I'm not sure Arrow is going to release those titles anytime soon. (They also probably have their schedule full of WB and Paramount titles.)

Unfortunately this seems to be the same as
Lifeforce, where the DC is added as a supplement not indicated as being presented in 4K

Either way, isn't it still in 4K though since this release doesn't have a Blu-Ray
copy?

4K "scan" has been advertised on blu-rays - to me, that did not indicate that this is also on UHD

Considering legally they can’t do a Blu-Ray only release, I don’t see why they wouldn’t put the director’s cut on
4K.

The last paragraph on the back of the package:
Famke Jansen(GoldenEye, X-Men) also stars in this thrilling supernatural mystery. Barker's illuminating Director's Cut is now presented in Ultra High-Definition with all-new Special Features.
It has no mention of the theatrical cut.

Definitely hold on to your Arrow BDs of Garcia
Maybe Arrow will get to it this or next year, so I think I'll hold off on the Shout 4K for the time being.

I guess Kino said that MGM wouldn't allow them to include the Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia special features that Mike Siegel produced on their Blu-ray. It appears that they wouldn't allow Shout to include them on their UHD, so I'm not sure if any potential UK release from Arrow would have the same restrictions or not.

MifuneFan found cover art for a Beastmaster UHD from Scream Factory (completely expected this release because it is from the same owner of the recently announced Fade to Black)
