Haven’t seen this problem with Criterion but half my recent Kino order was like thisTMDaines wrote: Thu Jul 09, 2026 11:50 am Why are Criterion's suppliers seemingly unable to consistently get the cover sleeve in the keep case? I've now received multiple copies of King Lear, Le petit soldat and Anselm where the cover sleeve is sticking out of the top of the foil of the keep case, having not been inserted properly, and is all torn.
