Ted Tally interview in Rolling Stone

It's pretty great, with quite a bit of new info that I don't recall being covered in Criterion's commentary (including his experience with Gene Hackman before he dropped out). This bit might've been, but it's worth repeating here:

With Hopkins, how did you feel when you actually heard him saying Hannibal’s words?

It was thrilling. It’s funny, I asked him one time how he came up with his voice, and he had some bizarre answer that makes sense to him. He said, “Well, I thought it was a cross between Katharine Hepburn and the computer Hal in 2001: A Space Odyssey.” I mean, actors … What’re you gonna say?

4K announced for October 20. I haven't compared to the Arrow extras, but I assume that edition is still worth keeping.

I wondered if this was ever going to be released from Kino Lorber. Came a bit earlier than I expected.

It seems they couldn’t use any of the new Arrow features but they’ve tried to compensate by getting Willow Maclay and Caden Gardner to do a booklet essay.

Particularly since it's being featured on the channel this month wth the same artwork. Is this first time something has been put on the channel the month it's announced?
