According to Issue 216 of NEO magazine (and with just a "TBC" as the release date) Second Run is going to release another, earlier, documentary film from Kazuo Hara, of The Emperor's Naked Army Marches On fame. This film according to the write up in NEO involves "Hara's ex-wife, the radical feminist Miyuki Takeda, whom he follows down to Okinawa with their son. Takeda attempts to set up a support group for the local prostitutes, before becoming pregnant from a relationship with an American soldier. It all culminates with Hara filming Takeda giving birth, in this unfiltered portrait of a woman on the fringes of Japanese society".

If I remember rightly, Sennan Asbestos Disaster was the other Hara film credited to Second Run at the ICA retrospective a couple of years ago.
