Criterion and Dual Format

[FrauBlucher]

Here is the updated list of titles still in the dual format bluray/DVD

- Brief History of Time
- The Freshman
- The Great Beauty
- Il Sorpasso
- Judex
- Jules and Jim
- The Long Day Closes
- Martin Scorsese's World Cinema Project No. 1
- Martin Scorsese's World Cinema Project No. 2
- Martin Scorsese's World Cinema Project No. 3
- Martin Scorsese's World Cinema Project No. 4
- Master of the House

It's worth noting that about half of those remaining titles have DVD only editions and half do not. Aside from the World Cinema Project titles, which would likely be changed to BD-only like Vol. 5, I'd expect the other currently dual-only titles to probably get both BD and DVD versions once the dual format copies run out, but that's no guarantee based on previous titles.

The Great Beauty and Judex dual formats are now listed currently unavailable. Look for these to comeback as single format releases, or even UHD releases. BTW... The former would look great on the 4k format.

As for Volume 5 and now 6 of the Martin Scorsese World Cinema Project releases are bluray only
