Pretty sure I'd rather be accidentally hanged than forced to sit through the Ruling Class again

A Thai tabloid has published a photo of the alleged crime scene with Carradine hanging from the closet.

For some years I was always surprised to discover he was still alive.

I heard she had cancer, but thought she would pull through. Damn you David Spade!

I know I should say that The Apostle or something similar was her greatest role, or that Charlie's Angels was her most definitive, but I've unfortunately not yet seen either to properly judge. So as I'm a sci-fi nerd I think I'll always remember her from her one small scene in Logan's Run and for Saturn 3, where she is trapped on a space station and caught up in a love triangle (or is it a love square when there are four parties involved?) between crusty Kirk Douglas, insane Harvey Keitel and a murderous robot!

This poster Image adorned many a teenage bedroom in the 1970's... and the strange thing is, looking back now, it's really not all that "obviously sexy" a picture! It's more like a celeb publicity shot from which the naughty bits had to be extrapolated.

I was never bonkers for her, but those years of her celebrity are so inextricably wound up in my tweener years, I salute her memory. I really was thinking if she held on this long she might make it. Very sad story-- too young for that.

I am almost not old enough, but our family did enjoy Charlie's Angels, when it finally aired on Danish television in the late '70s/early '80s.

There was a real sweetness about her (I do remember that poster, although I did not have it on my own wall)... the kind of dreamgirl, you would imagine to have as your sweetheart. That ideal really does not exist anymore, does it?

Rest in peace, Farrah.

It's all unconfirmed at the moment, and at the risk of being a little tasteless, he was never going to do those 50 dates at the London O2, was he?

WHOAH! They said he wasn't breathing when the medics got there. I can't get a clear story, the LA EMT's are not commenting yet.

What is this, Liquidation of the 70's Idols Day?

In Michaels case, it's stress tearing him to pieces for those shows that were coming up. But with him, nothing's clear really.

Me too. I always thought that he would have committed suicide and I wouldn't be surprised, yet, I saw the news on Yahoo and was just stunned to see the news of his death.

The loss of Michael Jackson is tragic. He was weird those last years, but you can't look at his whole career and life and see anything but a true giant. Utterly brilliant and one of the greatest entertainers. Sad, sad, sad.

Poor, poor guy. Such a huge star and an extremely talented perfomer but the last couple of decades were certainly not kind to him.

Regardless of his personal life, he was a musical genius and legend. Legends do die young. :(

God, my big brothers spinning Goin Back To Indiana on their plastic record player when I was just a wee kid... Mama's Pearl, ABC, Got To Be There, Stop The Love You Save.., good god, it was the soundtrack to the inside of my apt when I was starting to become aware of myself as a kid.

I'm blown over-- that came outa nowhere.
