Et voici les premieres pages en PDF, en francais naturellement.

I knew that French A-Level would come in useful one day. :D

Seems to be a transcript of the film. I might send a copy to Mark Kermode.

Wow, that French DVD artwork is ghastly indeed. Might also be the first time the artwork for a new film on DVD is just a photo of the director... which is kind of funny when I think of it. As if the label's saying "Caveat emptor..."

I think it is apt. Himself Himself smirking from hell, being devilish, on the cover of his Final Fuck You.

"NEW WAVE FILMS" replied me that their release would come out not earlier than in december. So the French DVD seems to be the first edition of "FS".

The artwork is grafic design for beginning beginners - a portrait/silhouette of the artist, written in the persons name and work. Enormously boring and insignificant. Positive (very positive indedd) examples for an artwork that resemble the quality of the film(s) are the ECM DVD and the french Histoire(s). Who brought up the "final/last film" idea?
"Sur le moment, c'est un dernier film. A bout de souffle aussi a été mon dernier film."

Even though i am not too interested in Coverartworks i must admit that the revised one (resembeling the posterartwork) looks nicer. (still, the RED/WHITE/BLACK combo is too "design 1 x 1" - and just think of what Otl Aicher said: The colorcombo of dictatorship…)

Add:

Compléments:
Entretien avec Jean-Luc Godard (17mn)
"Recontre S", court-métrage d’Anne Rosset, à la rencontre de Jean-Luc Godard (22mn)
