Anything Criterion created that is copyright-able (audio, documentaries, interview video, etc.) would be subject to the corporate authorship term of 120 years from the date of creation.britcom68 wrote:can Criterion hold onto its Laserdisc-era supplementary materials (interviews, documentaries and most importantly audio commentary tracks) indefinitely or do the copyrights on that change for every title, expiring after a set period of time?
Of course, there would be random stuff on the old discs (photo galeries, screenplays) that would have a different copyright period because CC did not create them for the discs.
