Hope I don't get flamed here, because I love original artwork, especially from that period. But that seems like it would have made the "worst original poster art" dubious photoshop award from the imaginary criterion forum circa 1962, if such things had existed.

This could be an amazing case of "the worst dvd cover" of "the worst original poster art", and should receive double points for being so clever.

Jesus. Who gives the thumbs up for this shit? Whatever...I'm waiting for the inevitable series-spanning BD set that will surely (hopefully?) look better than each of the individual season releases. Admittedly, though, I want it more out of convenience than pretty packaging.

I like the cracked paint effect they were going for.

This is petty but a large percentage of the credited cast for this film have weirdly ugly names

I mistook that for a magazine cover. Was that the intention?

On HD DVD even!

Why do people who do bootleg packaging suck so much at it?

17 minutes only? RVD is certainly one of a kind.

Is randomly inserting "ogle" into your surname the actors' version of "Alan Smithee"?

It's better than the sequel, which is titled The Who Save Dogeaster II: Won't Get Drooled Again.

(I'll go back to lurking now.)

Tragically, there will never be a Dog Who Saved Dean Cain's Career.
