Didnt see the film, but I notice very little difference presentation wise between todays major blockbusters and AAA game franchises. Honestly, if I squint, I couldnt tell you by packaging alone if I'm looking at a Comic Book movie, game, or animated special. Sometimes I cant even derive the origins.

A Dunkirk video game would be a fascinating experiment, mostly because there would be very little you could do to fight back - it would feel a lot like the opening few minutes of Battlefield 1.

By the way I can confirm that the Torso cover looks as atrocious in person as the image suggests, though luckily the cover is reversible!

If you look from a distance, he looks like an airbrushed Liev Schreiber...

You can tell he's really the "world's best hit man" because he (a) aims his gun somewhere to the left of where his steely gaze is pointed and (b) stands right in front of a big target while a bunch of assassins are after him.

This looks fine at normal size, but if you look at it larger, holy shit. Surely Dawn French's mouth isn't that big, and why does it look like a Nike swoosh? Also, where is her body?!

This one is just amazing, here larger:

Not the first time it's been asked about a cover, but never has the question been more warranted: Is that really supposed to be Cary Grant? How did they make it look so off? And that insane bright-yellow-on-the-bottom-white-on-top version of the Helen wig is the best argument against colorizing monochrome photography that I've seen in a long while.
Is the rectangular outline around Dietrich's name visible on the printed cover? Elephant Films are the culprit in this master clAss in bad design (along with many other eyesores).

On that cover, he looks like someone printed out Grant's face from the film, cut out the shape with dull scissors, and is wearing it askew as a paper mask. And from the neck down he's going out of focus like Robin Williams in Deconstructing Harry.

I really want to get Lopushanskiy's Visitor of a Museum on DVD – with or without English subs, if it comes to that! But, crikey, imagine having this on your shelf...

It's not a cover but it's too awful not to share. Just take your pick for worst head shot.

Not only this, but it's a weird combination of headshots looking like they all belong originally to different movie posters, and have different Photoshop filters applied to them. Terry Bradshaw has the bluest eyes ever, Ving Rhames looks like a photo-realist drawing, Ed Helms's head has been poorly pasted onto somebody else's body without taking into account the neck, and Chris Walken seems airbrushed to death (plus has a 5000 Lux projector straight in his face).

It's... fascinating.

They made JK Simmons look like an aging Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ed Helms like a bad clone of pre-cancer Walter White/Bryan Cranston and Katt Williams like Cedric the Entertainer if he went on a Slim Fast diet.

Katt looks indistinguishable from Carl Weathers. Can't wait for the limited edition collectible action "Father Figures".

Maybe its a good thing when bad movies have bad covers.....sort of a warning code......a bad movie with a good cover is just the lowest form of trickery.

I wanted to know how Melissa McCarthy got third billing in a movie with a bunch of other people who seem way below her current clout level and learned that this movie has been sitting on the shelf for 10 years waiting to be released. Good lord.

Also, why is Scarlett Johansson (second from the left) pictured but not billed?

One of the reasons might be that the top billed cast member also seems to be the co-director and one of the writers. And the second billed was one of the other writers.

And that title is Cook Off, not any other word.

Melissa McCarthy looks like she stepped off the set of the Garbage Pail Kids movie.
