Columbia seems to no longer have the rights to Gorgeous. Also, I may be wrong on this, but I think Who Am I? will go to WB when Columbia's rights expire.

HMV and Zavvi have a new release date of October 24th for Righting Wrongs which has not been confirmed by 88 yet.

Apparently Frank Djeng has confirmed that this will have both cuts.

Following titles have leaked on Amazon:

Cannibal Holocaust - 4K UHD and Blu
Iceman Cometh
Ladies Who Do
Vigilante
Blood and Diamonds
Maniac - Slasher Classics #50
Ebola Syndrome

In for Iceman Cometh but it looks like Ebola Syndrome, Vigilante, and Maniac are strangely not going to be released on 4K.

Amazing, great cover art - pitching it as Indiana Jones with Yeoh using the same kind of busy artwork is spot on

I'm guessing the recent popularity of Michelle Yeoh following Everything Everywhere's release is prompting all these much-needed editions of her back catalogue. Hopefully, too, people will realize that she was doing all this amazing stuntwork and action well before Supercop.

I would've loved a huge box set like what's coming out from Arrow and Indicator. Collect Yes Madame, Royal Warriors, Magnificent Warriors, Wing Chun, The Stunt Woman, Butterfly & Sword, etc. That would've been a treat.

Yes, an actually sound connection between the fandom of Everything Everywhere and other films' physical releases. We can only hope the David Chung movies sell well enough where 88 Films or Eureka look at his other non-Yeoh work and realize that It's A Drink! It's A Bomb! will be a huge hit with audiences as well

Don't forget I Love Maria! That's gotta be catnip for genre fans and lovers of weird cinema. Actually, what we need is a David Chung box. If Al Adamson and Andy Milligan can get their own boxsets, why not a genre filmmaker who actually makes, you know, good movies, let alone one of the most consistently entertaining filmmakers from Hong Kong.

Yeah, that'd be incredible, with the exception of Web of Deception. Though if there's any chance someone can unearth The Chase as an extra, I'm all in

I'm sure Frank Djeng and Brandon Bentley and irongod are open to suggestions if you reach out to them. Wasn't Magnificent Warriors going to be bundled with Royal Warriors by Eureka in the UK? That's why I'm currently refraining from pre-ordering 88's US disc.

Someone With Twitter: Please suggest David Chung box. I don't want to go over to the dark side (well, I made an account two years ago to watch Elisa Carricajo sing with her family for a few seconds, but I forgot my username/password)

I imagine Royal Warriors would be part of an In the Line of Duty collection.

One of the December UK titles is Snake & Crane Arts of Shaolin (reissue, no?).

Image

The image on the far right of the tease looks like it's the Gorgeous cover, so it seems that it's getting a UK release as well. I'd be very happy if the image on the second left turns out to be a Miami Vice UHD including theatrical and DC.

Yes it is a re-release that is supposed to fix various issues with the first release (new subs, no DNR, new special features.)

The first one must be the "British box" they mentioned earlier, which I assume is the Pete Walker set.

One of my very first DVDs was the Eastern Heroes release of Snake & Crane...a 4:3 VHS transfer cropped on the top and bottom into fake widescreen!

That's good to hear. I absolutely love the new cover art too, so I'm glad I don't own this one already.

What's the film itself like? Worth getting if I'm only a casual Jackie fan? (I like Project A, Police Story 1 & 3 and Dragons Forever best, Armour of God 2 and the two Drunken Masters are also very good)
