The music from Pink Floyd was written specifically for the film (not sure how those kind of licensing rights work). ProbablyPink Floyd, Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones
In any case, the music will be expensive to release.
It’s always been there on WB’s other home video releases
the most expensive to license would be the Stones' You Got the Silver (that wasn't even included on the soundtrack album).
On the other hand, it would be nice if Floyd's Come in Number 51 Your Time is Up was placed back over the closing
credit rather than the Roy Orbison tune (I don't remember where I first read about this, but I'm fairly sure Antonioni
had originally intended the Floyd music to close out the film).
