Keoma (Plaion) - caps. The 4K disc isn’t as dark in motion as the caps suggest.

I tried to find an answer on blu ray dot com but as usual the thread is a mess, which disc of The Martian is the best?

The second release with the two cuts has Atmos whereas the theatrical only 4K has 7.1. Both are BD-66s and don’t have the best compression, which is the same for many of Fox’s early 4K releases. The theatrical only 4K release has more visible noise than the extended one, which was clearly managed to conserve disc space. Despite the unattractive PQ I went with the extended 4K due to the excellent Atmos track.
