Re: DVDBeaver
I’ve been a Patreon supporter since 2021, and just bumped up my monthly subscription donation. I’ve found the site very useful over the years.

Re: DVDBeaver
One of the useful features of DVDBeaver was that it collected expected new releases for most labels by week for several weeks out in future. With DVDBeaver ceasing operation (at least for now) is there any other source that provides comparable information?

Re: DVDBeaver
Pretty much every physical release site has some sort of release calendar feature. Even the independent shops have that function to view pre-order items. The Blu-ray dot com site has the most extensive page set-up for that purpose, though.

Re: DVDBeaver
Wish I had time to keep up with the site, but it's been a couple/three years since I'd been able to manage that with any regularity. I still donated throughout though to help keep the lights on over there for when I got back to it every once in a while, and for you all to do so too.

Re: DVDBeaver
Got this email today from Gary:
Thank You - The Support Has Kept Us Alive!
I asked, and you answered. The DVDBeaver donation drive was a success, and I'm moving forward today with more gratitude than I know how to put into a paragraph.
To everyone who contributed - past, present and future - whether it was a large sum or a few dollars scraped together for a monthly coffee - thank you. And to those who couldn't give but sent a note of encouragement anyway: those messages also touched me deeply. It's a rare thing to find out, in plain numbers, that the work matters to people. You've told me it does.
What it means in practice is simple: DVDBeaver continues.
There's a 'listing page' debuting today: The Re-Watchables. Be kind, I'm opening myself up for some head-scratching judgement. Calendar Updates and new reviews forthcoming (give me some time.)
With sincere thanks,
Gary W. Tooze
