Sure but plugs a few gaps. I went for Curling and The Village Detective, tempted by the Portabella stuff but honestly can't see myself watching them more than once.

All being well, I should be at that very screening on April 21st in Warsaw, and I'm greatly looking forward to it.

I got to see a 35mm print of it with a (brief) Mohsen Makhmalbaf intro at Film on Film last year, one of my all time favourites. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the heads up. The days of getting Second Run releases on Amazon UK for under 10£ each with cheap shipping to the US are long over.

Arundhati Roy mentioned SR would be releasing the wonderful In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones at some point in the future.

YES YES YES. Such a great little comedy. First Second Run release of a Shah Rukh Khan film too lol (albeit he is on screen for a minute)

Yes, we will be releasing IN WHICH ANNIE...
(and we also have another Film Heritage Foundation restoration up our sleeves that we'll be announcing very soon!)

Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s Four Restored Films Acquired by The Match Factory for World Sales

Second Run and Strand are mentioned, so hopefully we see some new home video releases soon.

Has Second Run ever released a box set with more than four or five films? Looks like with these new restorations and the more recent films they'd have seven.

I'd prefer individual releases of Tropical Malady and Syndromes but if it's a boxset in both countries then that's what it is. Have Strand released anything on home video recently? Weren't the Araki films with them but released by Criterion instead?
