It's my first order with them too and I'm not impressed. They could have emailed everyone who pre-ordered to say, hey this is going to be delayed but we wanted to let you know in advance. Almost makes me hope they don't release more stuff I want as exclusives.

Maintenance now pushed back from today to Sept 1. According to Instagram post they are filling orders in the meantime. I haven't received anything yet.
