Jean de Florette and Manon of the Spring are presented in the aspect ratio of 2.35:1. Supervised by director of photography Bruno Nuytten, the 4K restorations were undertaken by Pathe from the 35 mm original camera negatives and the 35 mm interpositive. The 5.0 surround soundtracks were remastered from the original 35 mm magnetic tracks.
